Sevenday Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver and support your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree) and stored in our email account. Our website host may keep standard technical logs. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, and client records for as long as needed for our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 20 working days.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
